In the heart of the Norfolk countryside, just 5 miles outside the Historic town of King's Lynn, Blackborough End Equestrian Centre has an ideal location, with mile upon mile of off road hacking literally on the doorstep.
With a choice of quality horses and ponies ranging from 17hh to 11hh, there is a horse suitable for you, whether you are an experienced rider, or about to embark on your first lesson.
The friendly staff are trained to the highest standard and are happy to work with you to achieve your chosen goal, be it dressage, show jumping, or a quiet hack in the Norfolk countryside. You are welcome to bring your own horse for private lessons or to join in an existing group lesson.
Lessons can be arranged during the daytime and until 9 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings (last booking 8 pm).
At Weekends we close at 5pm.
Adult coffee mornings, stable management and horse handling skills are taught, plus the ever popular own-a-pony days regularly organised through the school holidays.
You will have the choice of either the large indoor arena, with viewing area, or the new Millennium all weather outdoor manège, which is floodlit for evening use. Both are also available for private hire.
Competitions, lectures and demonstrations are held on a regular basis, plus British Horse Society stage 1 and 11 exams are run once or twice a year.
